Bob Fosse Technique Workshop

The workshop combines technical training, dynamic movement and creative exploration, drawing inspiration from Bob Fosse’s distinctive movement language. It explores strength, coordination, isolations, weight shifts, musicality and changes of direction, alongside partner and group work with lifts and weight-sharing. The workshop concludes with choreography based on a specific theme and musical choice, encouraging dancers to combine technique, musicality and personal expression.
